The film reveals the artist's creative journey, from influence to realisation, as she creates an original artwork inspired by Bentley's focused design language, its embodiment of the extraordinary and the performance characteristics of the Continental GT V8.

THE ARTIST – MICHELLE YAP

Drawing inspiration from personal values, experiences and her surroundings, artist Michelle Yap creates abstract contemporary art derived from the traditional art of Chinese calligraphy. Her bold artistic expression combined with her passion and ability to bridge the traditional with the modern have led to extraordinary works that have gained international recognition.

Inspired by Bentley, her painting titled 'Embrace Extraordinary' is one-of-a-kind and it captures her affection for the Continental GT V8 through a tale of two phoenixes flying high above the clouds with grace and speed.

THE INSPIRATION

The Continental GT V8, in the film, is finished in Kingfisher - by Mulliner, a stylish smoky blue metallic paint that highlights the beautiful curves of the car, and features the carbon fibre Styling Specification and Blackline Specification. On the interior, soft-touch leather in Beluga and Brunel colour split combined with Liquid Amber over Grand Black veneer perfectly complements its striking exterior and completes the car's unique look.
